CrossFit is simply, constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.In this group CrossFit class, participants will be lead by expert coaches through several phases of fitness: a dynamic warm-up, mobility & skill drills, a strength portion compromised of olympic lifting.
True Glory CrossFit now offers full body cryotherapy inside our facility. Open to the public, our custom built CryoScience Arctic Chamber is state of the art taking the effects of muscle recovery, weight loss, anti-aging, and disease prevention to a whole new and safer level. A cryotherapy session takes three minutes and it starts by the patient entering the CRYO Chamber where cryogenically cooled air is released.
Welcome to our beginner 6 week New You challenge. We are looking for women all over the Pocono’s who are committed to transforming their bodies (and subsequently their lives) but are having a hard time getting started. We’ve found that combining groups of people (all with the same body transformational goals) creates a magical environment.
This is all for the kiddos. What is fitness if it isn’t fun. Our Saturday kids classes consist of fun workouts where children learn effective exercise skills, foundational movements, and leadership skills. Our Kid Fit program starts with a warm-up, then learning a skill (gymnastics, body weight, weightlifting to name a few), then completely the workout of the day.
We offer one on one personal training that allows us to design a program to meet any specific need and goal. Some examples would be a PFA (Physical Fitness Assessment) for Military or Police test, triathlons, specific strength goals, weight loss etc. If your schedule has issues, want extra attention, or aren’t a fan of working out in a group this is also a great option for you.
