I joined CrossFit in January 2015 (perfect time to work on a summer bod right?) What I didn’t realize was the obstacles I’d face and how much I could overcome, physically and most important mentally. I didn’t overcome anything on my own. Through great coaches and community I have grown into the person I am today. For me CrossFit isn’t about a workout anymore. It’s about a community built to make each other better in every aspect of life.
I became a coach because I want everyone to experience the same thing I have, and overcome obstacles in the gym and in life. I want you to come as you are and build confidence to be a better you. You don’t have to be in shape to do CrossFit, you just need to start your journey. I absolutely love double unders, any cleans, work-rest/partner workouts (I’m really good at resting), burpees, wallballs and loud music.
