I am a wife, mother of 3 and a life coach for corporate warriors! Coaching is my profession, and I understand the importance being a champion (and having a champion) for the inner game as well as the actions necessary to reach goals.
My journey with CrossFit began in December of 2015. I have always been athletic, but I was so intrigued watching CrossFit athletes and wanted to experience that for myself. My primary goal was to be a better, stronger, injury-free runner. Since then, I have PRed a half-marathon, competed in various CrossFit competitions and the CrossFit Open. Most importantly I’ve gained an extended family while becoming stronger and fitter over time. My favorite CrossFit activities are box jump overs, double-unders, deadlifts and “Murph.”
Since I am an executive life coach, it feels natural to be in a coaching role and help inspire others. Being at the box is one (or two) of my favorite hours of the day. The people and the variety keep me coming back every day. CrossFit helps me both mentally and physically in all of the roles in my life.
