(This is one WOD but will be scored as two WODS)

Can split however, cannot drop DB (safety issue), DB must touch ground between each rep (only one of the rubber coated sides) and Regular T2B standards will apply-feet must pass cross-member and toes must touch bar). Partners can go back and fourth between both Workouts and MUST start off where partner left off.

(FOR CLEANS: they will increase weight each round. You can power or squat. EACH partner must complete all reps before switching)

(FOR DU’s: Partner 1 must finish all DUs before switching and you CAN use two different ropes). EACH partner does 30, then switch. DU’s happen before each set of cleans, ex. 30,30,10,10,30,30,8,8,30,30,6,6, and so on…

5 Mins to find MAX WEIGHT-1RM S2O/Front Squat (From Rig)
Rest 2 Mins then complete;

WOD 5) Total Reps

20 WBs (20/14) (Same for scaled) (Men to 10ft, women to 9ft)
10 Burpee over Box (30/24) (24/20)

FOR MAX WEIGHT: STRATEGY!!! Partners will choose which lift they want to do. They must remain on that lift for the entire 5 Min. One partner will lift their opening weight with FS then partner will lift same weight for S2O. Partners will keep moving up in weight as long as they both complete successful reps. If one partner fails, you can NEVER go back down. (ex. if you both successfully completed 225 and you do FS at 250lbs and your partner must do 250lbs. If they miss, they must try again, they cannot go to 245)

Side Note: If unsuccessful when time runs out, score will be total successful weight. If last weight was 225 and you both hit it successfully, you then try to go to 250, you get FS but partner misses S2O when time runs out, your total weight will be 475.

FOR AMRAP: Can clear box or touch feet on box, MUST face box to jump over, 1 Partner does 10 WBs, then switch. 1 does 5 Burpee over Box then switch) (Again one WOD, scored as two)
