CrossFit Kids

Designed for ages 5-11, CrossFit for kids is not merely a scaled down version of CrossFit. It is entirely CrossFit in which we program for a special population, all kids. First and foremost we make our classes fun and encourage the children to fall in love with fitness. That is our emphasis, and we want to make it attainable for all. So we engage them on a high level right from the beginning. We teach proper form and mechanics, as this is our standard. We make sure our Kid Fit program trains children to be generally physically prepared for any and all contingencies a child goes through, while embracing all ten general physical skills (strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, speed, agility, power, cardiovascular endurance, and accuracy). Our Kids classes include an exciting warm up, skill development, a workout, and of course, every class finishes with a game. Classes run for approximately 50 minutes.
